Earlier I reported that I would be in Ohio for election night. That plan has slightly changed, however, and I’ll now be reporting live from Manchester New Hampshire.

As some of you know, I’m planning on covering live 2008 election results with a heavy emphasis on vote fraud leading up to the vote tally.

The main reasons for the change are as follows.

1) Ohio has one of the BEST bloggers in the business, Maggie Thurber, already on the ground hitting heavy on vote fraud and election coverage. Plus, good friend Warner Todd Huston will be on the ground in Columbus to blog the events as they unfold.

I felt I needed to be somewhere that needed a blogger who could go “full time” for the three days leading up to the election, and New Hampshire fit the bill.

2) I’ll already be in Pennsylvania this weekend, so a Southwest hop up to New Hampshire is cheap, fast, and sensible.

3) It’s the FREE STATE!

So, that being said, I’ll be blogging live here on my personal blog, over at Conservablogs.com, and at Votefraudsquad.com.

Today I was accused of being a supporter of voter suppression because I posted a story about ACORN and their employees who commit voter registration fraud. My immediate response was “do you read anything you comment on?”

As I do with most lefties who refuse to look through anything outside of the KOS glasses, I just deleted the email and moved on. But this afternoon, after reading several more instances of dead citizens being registered to vote, I was reminded of my earlier conclusion that I do indeed support suppression of votes cast by the dead.

If that makes me a voter suppression supporter, then so be it. I’ll accept blame in that realm.

With that in mind, I propose that we join together in announcing our unified support of Dead Voter Suppression.

Who’s with me?

The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, DC 20500
Secretary of the Treasury
Attn: Mr. Henry Paulson

Dear Secretary Paulson,

Hi, my name is Michael and I have a problem. As you can see in the above graph, the 7.5 favorite New York Giants lost outright to the Cleveland Browns, leaving me in quite a financial hole and I was hoping that the Federal Government would see fit to bail me out of my predicament and settle up with “my man” Louie “The Hammer”.

You see Sir, I have no means to pay off my debt, as I was in no position to risk the kind of money I did in the first place, but somehow I still managed to accumulate such a large debt.

It all started when I received an email from a “Sports Handicapping Service”, which not only guaranteed that they had the winner in last nights Monday Night Football game, but offered me this “lock” and the opportunity to “Beat My Man”, without any money down, and I only pay them if I win, which, as I stated above, they guaranteed.

What a deal for someone who can’t afford it any other way. How can I refuse!!.

But wait, it gets better, with just one phone call, and NO MONEY down, the sky is the limit with “my man.” Not only did I need to win enough for myself, but I had to cover the Sports Service for their sure thing, can’t lose lock: The New York Giants -7 1/2 points!

So, I admit, I went in a little over my head, and risked more then I could afford, (a lot more actually, since the terms of the deal were so favorable to me), and now I have Louie “The Hammer” calling me to make payment arrangements on my lost investment.

The Sports Handicapping Service, which offered me this great deal, and guaranteed a victory, is not returning my phone calls and now time is running out.

So, if you would Mr. Paulson, please cut me a check and mail it to the address provided.

I really appreciate this “Bookie Bailout” and I hope to do better next time, but I feel confident and secure in the knowing that if I fail, my Government will be there to bail me out!

Thank you!

Michael

The Drudge Report, a news aggregation site started by Matt Drudge, has come to be known as the top source for breaking news on the web. The site enjoys millions of visitors, and a link from the Drudge Report can instantly fry unsuspecting servers, rendering sites unable to cope with the barrage of traffic.

The Drudge Report has had tremendous success in helping internet news junkies cut through the clutter and get directly to the hottest news of the moment. That being said, the site is heavy on national issues, which causes a lot of local stories to remain lost in the rough sea of online information.

There is good news, though, because Drudge like sites are beginning to flourish using a state based model. There is the Dead Pelican, for example, which serves the state of Louisiana as the top news aggregation site for state related news and issues.

The Dead Pelican is no small player, either. The site is already able to direct thousands of visits to any given webpage with a simple link, and traffic numbers appear to be climbing with each new day.

Today after speaking on a panel here at AFP’s Defending the Dream Summit, the editor for Colorado’s new Complete Colorado approached me about some ideas for integrating social media into the marketing plan for the site.

Like the Drudge Report and the Dead Pelican, Complete Colorado has editors constantly monitoring the news across the state waiting for top stories to cross the wires. It’s a great place to get breaking news stories, and I think the site holds much promise.

Are these state based sites based on the Drudge model going to be the next big wave in disseminating news on a local level? Only time will tell… but they sure are making some waves to date.

I heard the first reports of possible theater fraud against An American Carol over the weekend when Jayme Siemer, EM Zanotti, and Jenn Sierra said they had visited a theater in Oklahoma to see the film. According to the three whom I know personally, the theater had “R” as the movie rating instead of “PG-13″. This could certainly be a mistake, but it was noted that the staff were aware of the problem, and it had been that way for two days.

The problem, however, is that this is now the third instance of this that I’ve heard of. And now, to make matters worse, a source of mine from within the industry and with close ties to the film tells me that there is an open investigation into at least TEN movie theaters that have apparently attributed sales of An American Carol movie tickets to OTHER MOVIES!

In fact, the actual An American Carol website currently has a page up asking movie goers who have questionable tickets to send photo copies and submit other tips.

I’ll bring you the updates as they come in. If this turns out to be true, it would once again expose liberalism for what it is… one big fraud.

In case you’ve missed all of the chatter over the Burning Down the House Video, here is a summary.

You Tube and Warner Music Group today pulled a highly popular video that very succinctly and clearly spelled out the roots of the current economic crisis.

The 9:59 video entitled “Burning Down the House: What Caused Our Economic Crisis” played four different songs under a fast moving video sequence that very clearly tied Democrats like Chris Dodd, Franklin Raines, Jim Johnson and Barack Obama to policies and corruption related to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. It cleverly showed how the “affordable mortgage” programs sent an economic virus through the entire economy and showed Republican efforts to intervene and regulate being blocked.

For Obama and all congressional Democrats, it was a devastating video.

The video had almost a perfect viewer rating and had been viewed some 1.2 million times according to the You Tube counters. Sometime around 3:45 EDT the video disappeared with the banner saying “This Video is no longer available due to a copywrite claim by Warner Music Group.”

This video, for the moment, is back on YouTube. Enjoy!

This November’s election will likely prove to be one of the most exciting elections in the History of the United States of America. I’m a Libertarian, free-market activist, so it’s a given that I’ll be glued to results for about 24 hours straight.

But I’m in Chicago, and God knows far left politics in this city make for a predictable night in local politics with virtually no excitement for a free-market junkie like myself. With that in mind, I’ve decided to spend November 3rd, 4th, and 5th in Columbus Ohio.

I’ll be setting up Conservablogs to live blog and follow the election as it unfolds, I’ll be live Tweeting the event, and I’ll be following Ballotpedia’s live wiki format throughout the night.

I would love to hook up with Ohio bloggers in the Columbus area for a beer while I’m in town.

See you in Ohio!
